Do it. Very good
I've lived in several apartment complexes in Sioux Falls over the last several years and nothing beats Foxmoor. They are very, very nice with extras that I love - such as the Fitness Center, Community Room, Indoor Pool, and Fox Theatre (which I can't wait to rent soon)! The large mailboxes allows your magazine subscriptions to not be stuffed or folded in half like at other apartments. The indoor garbage chute is convenient and I love that the community supports recycling. The single electronic key to access my home, the secured entrance, or other areas of Foxmoor is great! When family and friends come to visit, they say it's alot like a nice hotel with the diverse vending machine options... hehe... and the super cool theatre room and indoor pool located in my particular building. I've been in Stonehedge and I prefer Foxmoor for the following reasons: I love how there are public restrooms by the Fitness Center, the color palette and decor are more subdued and modern, the Foxmoor Community Room has a fireplace and it's much cozier, and like I said earlier, the single electronic key access is better than your typical metal keys and having to have more than one for each keyhole access. Thank you for Foxmoor! Staff is wonderful and attentive too!
well i don't live there yet but i wanna live there it looks like you can start a NEW LIFE there .....i luv everything about it ..<3
I would tell them that the apartments are very new and modern. I would also tell them that it is quiet here at night, and that there are plenty of available amenities. I might tell them about the cricket problem in my building. They get into the doorway and often will come under my door. I'm really unable to use my patio because of the bugs/crickets living in the field outside my apartment.
Great
I almost feel as if I am living in a home attached to a hotel. With all of the amenities such as the pool, community room, and theater room. I couldn't be happier living here. Even when I had maintenance problems, which was not many, they worked in a timely manner.
Its a nice place to live. Its, clean, quiet, has alot of offer, comes with nice size rooms, closets, washer & dryer in unit, underground parking and for the most part, nice nieghbors. Its priced high but that also helps keep good renters and you feel safe.
I would say that it is incredibly quiet. The condition of the apartments are almost flawless and the amenities are great. The office people are very friendly and are interested in what you have to say. Very good investment in my opinion.
Convenient, quiet and very livable. Gym is great. Pool/Hot tub are fantastic. Community room is great for family gatherings,. relaxing or just hanging out. Office staff goes out of their way to accommodate their residents and meet their varying needs and requests.
These apartments offer a wonderful environment with ample amenities and a great staff. I have thoroughly enjoyed the past 18 months and would definitely recommend these facilities and this property management Corp to anyone and everyone. My only qualms stem from minor construction issues. the windows are fairly low-quality and let way too much cold in during the winter. This should not be an issue in such a newly constructed building. I think these apartments are fairly priced for their quality but the additional costs in the utility bill for these leaky windows is almost enough to ruin the fairness of the rental price; especially on the first floor where the hallways are about 15° colder than any other floor and a draft under the front door increases utility costs already. The carpets are far too lightly-colored to be practical. Granted, my wheelchair probably brings in more dirt than the shoes of most people but even in areas where I don't drive our carpet is experiencing de-coloration despite being shampooed about every six months. In a complex with mandatory carpet cleaning services deducted from the security deposit after moving, it would be nice to have carpet that will stay presentable until the day of vacancy (with regular spot cleaning, of course) or at least for a full year. The dishwasher has been acting up since almost immediately after moving in. I have had maintenance take a look at it twice already but it still won't dispense water after being turned on unless the knob is on the exact perfect position (one click of the knob in either direction and the dishwasher will run, but without dispensing any water). This is fine except that the dishwasher will only run under the pots and pans setting which runs the appliance for longer and uses more water than any other setting. These are really the only comments I can think of off the top of my head. Overall, this is an excellent place to live. Keep it up.
I'm very happy living here. It feels like home!
